Norbert Bilbeny
Norbert Bilbeny is a full-time professor of Ethics at the University of Barcelona. Barcelona, located on Spain's Mediterranean coast, is a very cosmopolitan city that has an increasingly diverse cultural identity. Bilbeny is also the director of the Master's program in Citizenship and Human Rights as well as of several doctorate investigations in ethics and political philosophy. He is also Dean of the School of Philosophy at the University of Barcelona.
